Anthony “AJ” Rawlings

With over 35 years of experience in law enforcement and safety, Anthony “AJ” Rawlings exemplifies dedication and expertise in his field. After retiring in 2009 from the City of Atlanta Police Department, where he served with distinction for 29 years, he was recruited by the Atlanta Public Schools system as a security analyst. 

In this role, he played a pivotal role in developing the first formal training program for school safety coordinators and led the instruction of over 100 safety coordinators across 99 schools. His impact on school safety training continues to be felt today. As a Senior Security Analyst with Protection Training Solutions, AJ leverages his deep knowledge and certifications, including as an AHA Basic Life Support First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, to deliver top-tier safety programs that make a tangible difference.
